The successful candidate will be a key, client-facing member of the account teams, responsible for defining and executing strategic programs to support clients in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 10 years' experience in physical security, including expertise in risk assessment, defense measures, and the development of holistic security programs. The Senior Vice President will also be involved in driving the sale and delivery of new client mandates, managing security projects, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position must have a background as a physical security professional, head of security, or security consultant, with a focus on the protection of company assets. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in managing security programs, structuring security consulting deals, and extensive experience with security technology solutions. Strong project management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to work with business stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or Master's degree being desirable. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of providing independent assessments on security opportunities, and will be expected to exemplify the company's culture both internally and externally.
