The CDAO will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in enterprise analytics, particularly in a large, complex organization, and will be responsible for creating and implementing an enterprise-wide data strategy. This strategy should align with the organization's goals and ensure data management, access, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will also be tasked with building and managing a highly qualified team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, and overseeing the development of a unified data ecosystem, including cloud-based data warehousing. Candidates for the CDAO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or higher preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of experience in data management or analytics, preferably in a healthcare setting. The role requires a leader with strong strategic and operational management skills, the ability to manage data governance functions, and experience in implementing data analytics capabilities, including AI/ML and advanced analytics. The CDAO must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build and nurture strong relationships, and a deep understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
