The successful candidate will be a nationally recognized expert in inclusive talent practices, with a proven track record of championing and executing innovative strategies to scale equitable talent practices for employers. This role involves leading the development and execution of a bold vision for the future of the Employer Mobilization Practice, influencing national and state-level strategies, and driving fundraising efforts to support the mission. The VP will also be responsible for leading a small team of subject matter experts, fostering strong partnerships, and serving as a thought leader in the field. Candidates for the Vice President position should have at least 20 years of professional experience, with a deep conviction for the work of the Employer Mobilization Practice. The role requires a strategic leader with the ability to set and communicate strategic goals, provide thought leadership, and ensure the Practice's work is aligned with the organization's mission. The ideal candidate will have an established network of relationships with funders and partners, a successful track record in fundraising, and the ability to connect people, projects, and resources to advance the mission.
