The successful candidate will be responsible for driving outcomes and exceeding goals in securing annual current use support for the company's strategic priorities. This role involves planning, executing, and managing a program that includes direct marketing and personalized fundraising efforts, with a focus on growing the base of annual philanthropy. The SMD will also be tasked with building the future major gift pipeline and managing a small portfolio of individuals for qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' advancement experience, including at least 5 years in a management role. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in fundraising, particularly in the areas of annual and leadership giving. Essential duties include utilizing innovative approaches, data analysis, and technology to drive increases in annual gift volume, as well as defining and exceeding team and personal goals.
