The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and delivering the strategy for Pega platform enhancements across the enterprise. This pivotal role involves hands-on work with Pega architecture, building roadmaps, and creating IT delivery strategies. The AVP will also be responsible for managing a team of up to ten direct reports, overseeing the architecture and quality of Pega platform delivery, and promoting the platform within the organization. A key aspect of the position is to influence change and ensure the positive adoption of Pega enhancements at the highest levels of the company. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a Director or VP role, with a strong background in leading workflow platform strategy and delivery, particularly within the healthcare or financial sectors. Hands-on experience with Pega architecture, a proven track record in leading architects, and experience in managing a multi-million dollar budget are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader capable of driving change and strategy in an enterprise environment. While not mandatory, a Master's degree and a background in enterprise insurance or financial services are considered advantageous.
