The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive institutional effectiveness and research program that supports evidence-based decision-making, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. This role requires a leader with a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of institutional research in higher education, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively. The Executive Director will work closely with the student success team and other key stakeholders to support strategies that enhance student success and will be expected to contribute as a thought partner to the college's senior leadership. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a research-related field, with a preference for a Doctorate, and a minimum of 3 years experience in data analytics, institutional research, and assessment in a higher education setting. The role demands expertise in data analytics tools, statistical software, and experience with business intelligence and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, and project management, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education. Responsibilities also include fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring institutional compliance with regulatory guidelines, and supervising a team of researchers and analysts.
