About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for Finance with a strong background in finance and/or accounting to lead its fiscal services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large and complex organization, playing a key role in strategic goal advancement, and leading transformational change in business processes and systems. This executive will be a respected communicator, capable of translating financial information into actionable insights, and a strategic leader with a focus on stewardship of resources. The role involves serving as the lead on financial and operational matters, representing the division in cross-functional initiatives, and delivering clear and relevant financial reports. The Vice President will also be tasked with monitoring industry trends, spearheading initiatives to enhance business processes, and ensuring the development and performance of a substantial staff. Applicants for the Vice President for Finance position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for an advanced degree. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is also preferred. Professional qualifications include extensive experience in finance or accounting leadership, knowledge of governmental or fund accounting principles, and a proven track record in project management.
