The CEO will be responsible for strategic leadership, engaging the Board of Directors, and guiding the team to meet short- and long-term goals. The ideal CEO will have significant senior management experience in a nonprofit connected to the medical world, with a focus on disease-related advocacy. They should have a proven track record in fundraising, strategic planning, and leading high-performing teams. The role requires a leader who is a compelling communicator, a bridge-builder, and is entrepreneurial, creative, and adaptable. A minimum of a B.A. degree, ideally with an advanced degree, is required.
