The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on driving performance and sustainable, profitable growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in global sales and marketing, particularly in the life science instruments and biotechnology sectors. The VP will be tasked with leading a global team, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring customer intimacy by managing key strategic relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of life sciences and biotech technologies, be an agent of change, and have experience in building and leading high-performing, customer-centric teams.
