This role requires a deep understanding of the Military Intelligence Program and the national security community, as well as a proven track record in managing large, complex organizations and engaging with senior government officials. The Managing Director will be expected to lead a high-caliber team, ensure the delivery of mission value, and foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' related experience, with a Bachelor's degree, or a PhD with 10 years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to work across organizations, and a commitment to the values of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in areas such as electronic warfare, cyber, intelligence systems, and analytics, and a proven ability to recruit and develop a top-quality team. A Top-Secret SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly is required, as is a Polygraph within the last seven years. The position is based in McLean, Virginia, and has an on-site requirement of 5 days a week.
