The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for the analytics team, fostering a culture of data excellence, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class analytic projects. This role requires a leader who can provide thoughtful leadership, manage a team of Sr. Directors of Analytics, and support the growth and development of the analytics team. The VP will also be expected to be hands-on with analytics work, serve as a problem-solving partner, and lead initiatives that drive positive business, patient, and community outcomes. Applicants for the VP of Analytics & Reporting position at the company should have at least 7 years of experience in an analytics role within a healthcare organization, with a focus on operations, and at least 5 years of hands-on management experience. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in healthcare data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare, operational, financial, and analytics concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with scripting languages and business intelligence reporting suites are required. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, and be able to provide mentorship and coaching to the analytics team.
