The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the buyer's journey, from traffic to churn, and will act as a key advisor to the EVP and go-to-market leaders. This role involves managing a team of operational talent across various functions, including marketing operations, sales operations, customer success operations, and GTM data analysts. The VP Revenue Operations will also be tasked with scaling the Deal Desk strategy, managing the GTM tech stack, ensuring data quality, and providing visibility into the performance of GTM efforts. A detail-oriented, relationship-driven individual with a strong background in B2B business operations and proficiency in go-to-market technologies is essential. Candidates for the VP Revenue Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7 years' in B2B business operations, sales operations, or a related discipline within high-growth SaaS companies. Direct management experience is also required. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach, be relationship-driven, and possess proficiency in common go-to-market technologies such as CRM and Pardot marketing automation. Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of revenue architecture, experience with LLMs and AI tools, and a background in managing complex systems integrations. The role demands a leader who can drive operational discipline, optimize lead flow, and create and assess the GTM technology roadmap to meet business needs.
