Chief Experience Officer About the Company Premier health & human services agency IndustryHospital & Health Care TypePrivately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to be the strategic leader in shaping and overseeing the patient experience strategy. The CXO will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's approach to excellence in patient and family services. This includes leading a culture transformation, motivating and engaging staff at all levels, and ensuring the integration of service excellence with other strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and implementing a patient experience program, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and leading the development of initiatives to enhance patient engagement and communication. The CXO will also be expected to have a strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, regulatory requirements, and the ability to drive change in a dynamic healthcare environment. Applicants for the CXO position at the company should have a clinical background, with a Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. A Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) certification is preferred. The role requires a proven track record in a leadership position focused on patient experience or related areas within the healthcare industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset. The CXO will be expected to work closely with executive teams, lead and inspire staff, and ensure the organization's patient experience initiatives are in line with quality goals.
