The CXO will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's approach to excellence in patient and family services. This includes leading a culture transformation, motivating and engaging staff at all levels, and ensuring the integration of service excellence with other strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and implementing a patient experience program, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and leading the development of initiatives to enhance patient engagement and communication. The CXO will also be expected to have a strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, regulatory requirements, and the ability to drive change in a dynamic healthcare environment. Applicants for the CXO position at the company should have a clinical background, with a Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. A Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) certification is preferred. The role requires a proven track record in a leadership position focused on patient experience or related areas within the healthcare industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
