This senior leader will be responsible for aligning and promoting the business objectives, enhancing the company's image and reputation, and leading all investor relations activities, with a focus on analyst and investor engagement. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CFO, CEO, and other executives, ensuring that the investment community receives a clear and concise message about the company's operations, financial performance, and future strategies. Key responsibilities include leading a proactive IR function, identifying and incorporating key performance metrics, managing the company's participation in various investor events, and serving as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries. Applicants for the Vice President and Head of Investor Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree in finance or business preferred, and at least 12-14 years' of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
