The CFO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, dedicated to upholding the values of good governance and the quality of life in the community. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years' of financial experience, with at least four years' in a supervisory capacity, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master's degree and a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential are highly desirable. The CFO will be expected to have a deep understanding of advanced accounting, auditing, cost accounting, and business law, and to apply this knowledge to the financial management of the company. Experience in a large municipal agency and a proven track record of leadership in a similar role are also important. The successful candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented professional with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to a variety of stakeholders.
