The successful candidate will be a key leader in driving the company's M&A, partnership, and investment activities, with a focus on aligning these initiatives with long-term goals and technological advancements. This executive will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate development strategies, conducting market analysis, and leading the financial modeling and due diligence processes for various business opportunities.
