The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting both internal and client-facing cloud-based platforms and systems. This role is pivotal in providing day-to-day operational and technical support in the areas of cloud systems and network engineering. Key responsibilities include assisting in the design and operations of cloud platforms, providing systems, server, and network engineering support, analyzing performance issues, and participating in the implementation of new tools to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role also involves maturing the Azure DevOps platform, and CI/CD pipelines, and assisting with the deployment and troubleshooting of AI and generative AI solutions. Applicants for the Cloud Administrator position at the company should have a BSc or BA in a relevant field, with a preference for a degree in computer science or management information systems. A minimum of 1 year of experience working in Microsoft's Azure Platform, particularly in a DevOps role, is required. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation and orchestration of Azure technologies, as well as exposure to AWS infrastructure. Progressive experience in supporting information systems, particularly within a Microsoft environment, and a strong background in large, production-oriented service operations are essential. The role demands excellent interpersonal, communication, and security program support skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
