Candidates for the VP of Foundation Giving position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' fundraising experience, with a proven track record of securing grants in the $100K - $1M range. A deep understanding of the national community of institutional funders supporting social impact issues, particularly in the LGBTQ community, is essential. The role demands a high level of professionalism, superior organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at making persuasive presentations, and will have a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
