The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a diverse ecosystem of channel and technology partners to support the transformation of mutual customers' businesses. This role is pivotal in the context of the rapidly evolving retail technology stack, where modern retailers are increasingly adopting best-in-breed solutions. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for engaging with partners to enhance customer experiences, driving partner recruitment, onboarding, and training, and managing various types of partnerships, including referral, reseller, and global system integrators. A key focus will be on developing the operational infrastructure to support partnership efforts and driving sales through these channels. Applicants for the Head of Partnerships position should have a minimum of 5 years' of partnership experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of selling to mid-market and enterprise customers. Experience in early-stage startups or a strong interest in an entrepreneurial setting is essential. The role requires an individual who is analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented, with a passion for using data to optimize results. Technical acumen, particularly in understanding product strategy and its application to scaling through partnerships, is a must. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adept at managing multiple projects, and have a strong network in the retail technology landscape.
