The successful candidate will be responsible for building and overseeing the operational capabilities and organizational change necessary to support the business's expansion. This includes developing and managing a structured cross-functional project portfolio, driving process improvements, and ensuring that initiatives are executed to maximize business impact. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in large-scale process improvements, operational efficiency, and change management, particularly within the apparel retail industry. As the VP of Operational Excellence, you will be at the forefront of driving operational process improvement and efficiency, collaborating with functional leaders to implement and optimize processes that align with business goals. You will also be tasked with defining and driving a capability roadmap, fostering the adoption of new technologies and systems to enhance the organization's capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, be adept at leading transformation efforts, and possess exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence and partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. A minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in an operating role within the apparel retail sector is required, along with a demonstrated ability to set and maintain project standards and lead change management strategies.
