This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's total rewards programs are in line with business objectives, effective in talent management, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a total rewards strategy that supports the attraction and retention of high-performing talent, as well as engaging with key stakeholders to make informed decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional leaders is essential, and the role involves shaping the overall talent and people strategy. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, with a strong preference for those with experience in fast-growing, IPO, and publicly traded companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong partnering and influencing skills, technical expertise in competitive compensation, and experience in executive compensation. Financial acumen, proficiency as a compensation analyst, and the ability to lead a team while also being an individual contributor are key qualifications.
