The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team and driving local transformation initiatives to ensure operational excellence and efficiency within the KYC department. This role requires a hands-on mentality and a strategic mindset, with a focus on overseeing the process and technology roadmap, continuous improvement, and being a key point of contact for global digitization initiatives. The KYC Operational Management & Change Lead will also be involved in budget management, and daily operations coordination, and will serve as a trusted advisor to the KYC Leadership team. Applicants for the KYC Operational Management & Change Lead position should have a BA/BS in a relevant field and at least 7 years' experience, preferably in corporate and investment banking or consultancy. The role demands a proven track record in leading transformation projects, change management, and stakeholder engagement, particularly with senior leadership. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a regulated environment and a collaborative, team-player attitude. Knowledge of AML and KYC regulations is a plus, and proficiency in MS 365 is required.
