The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic planning, cross-functional change efforts, employee engagement, and talent management. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree, over 10 years of experience in financial services, and a proven track record of influencing senior leadership and collaborating across stakeholder groups. The VP will also be tasked with managing key executive reporting, driving the execution of strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment across various business functions. Applicants for the Vice President - Business Management position at the company should have a background in risk and compliance functions, as well as program and project management acumen. The role demands a highly collaborative individual with experience in leading and influencing teams across different levels of the organization.
