The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for the oversight of all day-to-day client operations functions, including onboarding, maintenance, billing, and trading operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing teams and executing projects that enhance operational efficiencies and the client experience. The Head of Operations will also be involved in optimizing the firm's tech stack, collaborating on strategic initiatives, and developing long-term operational plans. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience within an RIA, with at least three years in a corporate management or leadership role, including experience managing remote employees. A deep understanding of custodial offerings and their web interfaces, particularly Schwab and Fidelity, is essential. The role demands strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with Salesforce and Addepar is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to implement and manage operational workflows, excellent communication skills, and the ability to break down complex objectives into actionable tasks.
