This role is pivotal in driving the global growth of the company's ETF franchise. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance the visibility and appeal of the company's ETF investment capabilities. This includes partnering with business leaders to understand commercial objectives, defining product positioning, and creating compelling marketing narratives. The role also involves overseeing the development of marketing collateral, coordinating product-specific calendars, and ensuring that all marketing efforts are in line with regulatory and procedural guidelines. Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar position within a leading financial institution, with a proven track record of measurable impacts and achievements. In-depth knowledge of the asset management industry, particularly ETFs, is essential, including an understanding of clients, products, regulations, and competitors. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness, integrated marketing skills, and the ability to work effectively across a complex, matrixed organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA and/or CFA being preferred. The candidate must be adept at presenting investment views, synthesizing information, and developing clear, compelling marketing stories. Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills are also necessary, as is the ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
