The successful candidate will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and performance of RPO on a global scale. This leadership role demands a strong focus on the external market, the ability to drive a growth-focused strategy, and a partnership with the global sales leadership team to meet expansion targets. The SVP will lead the RPO senior leadership team, ensuring high-quality delivery, end-to-end client experience, and continuous innovation to maintain a leading position in the market.
