The successful candidate will be at the forefront of this evolution, leading the charge to create a customer-centric and data-driven marketing engine. This senior leadership position demands a professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing, including at least 10 years in a senior role, and a proven track record in marketing automation, agile operations, and multi-channel strategies. The VP will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels, collaborating with business stakeholders, and building a repository of playbooks to enhance decision-making. Additionally, the role involves the internal agency buildout and operations, content authoring and production, and the design and implementation of marketing automation strategies to drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic and financial management, omni-channel marketing, and the use of data to drive decisions. Expertise in leveraging AI and advanced technologies for marketing enablement is essential. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A background in global financial services, particularly with a focus on B2B, B2B2C, and B2C marketing, is a significant advantage.
