The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Customer Excellence Marketing organization, developing and executing strategies that maximize customer satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless post-sale experience that leads to successful adoption journeys. This role involves crafting compelling customer success messaging, building strong communities, and creating pathways for learning and knowledge sharing to cultivate successful customers and advocates. Applicants for the VP of Customer Excellence Marketing position at the company should have 10-15 years' experience in customer success marketing or related leadership roles within enterprise technology, with a preference for those with a background in SaaS products. The role requires a proven track record in driving successful product adoption, exceptional leadership and team management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
