This is a dual-hatted role, requiring the individual to also lead a small team of business analysts and scrum masters, with a strong emphasis on technology adoption, process optimization, and continuous delivery of data, AI, and BI products and services. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of technology industry experience in the banking and financial services sector, with a focus on compliance domains such as AML, KYC, and sanctions screening, as well as customer data domains including CRM and MDM. The role demands a high level of business acumen, human skills, data skills, technical skills, and portfolio management skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus, and must be adept at bridging IT and business teams, managing project timelines and risks, and adopting an agile methodology. Experience in Jira, Confluence, MS Office, SQL, and data visualization tools is essential, with exposure to cloud technologies and packaged solutions being a plus.
