The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication with multiple stakeholders, ensuring that project requirements are met within the defined timeline, and leading a cross-functional team to achieve project goals. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8-12 years in project management or IT planning, and a preference for those with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The VP, Project Manager will be expected to have a proven track record in problem-solving, a strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies, and experience in all stages of the project life cycle. Key responsibilities for the VP, Project Manager include defining project scope and objectives, managing resources effectively, developing and managing project schedules, and preparing project status reports. The role also involves leading the team in meeting client expectations, conducting post-project evaluations, and ensuring the development of all mandatory project documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, organizational, and management skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and JIRA is required, and the candidate must be fluent in English.
