The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the ongoing operations for sales and marketing, as well as the GTM strategy, methodology, and enablement. This pivotal role involves owning all reporting and analysis for the sales, customer success, and marketing teams, including pipeline, performance metrics, forecasting, and business performance. The VP will also be responsible for territory, quota, and compensation planning, and will play a key role in accelerating the performance of the sales and success organizations by ensuring the GTM teams are equipped with the necessary content, resources, skills, and knowledge. Applicants must have a proven track record in B2B SaaS GTM operations, with experience in companies exceeding $100 million in annual revenue. The role requires exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills, as well as proficiency in SFDC, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in designing and building GTM compensation plans, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS and consumption businesses, experience with intangible/API-first products, and a history of enabling sales teams with technical and marketer buying committees.
