The successful candidate will be a seasoned healthcare communications professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience, possessing a hybrid skill set as a strategist and senior project manager. This role is pivotal in challenging the status quo and leading agency teams through the development of winning pitch strategies. The VP will be responsible for optimizing new business opportunity conversion, focusing on pitch excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving. Key responsibilities include evaluating opportunities, guiding teams in proposal development, and ensuring high standards in pitch storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the PR business model, a proven track record in managing multiple projects, and at least 4 years of experience in new business proposal development. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company's Public Relations group should hold a B.S./B.A. degree, preferably in a related field, and have a strong background in PR agency account and business development.
