The successful candidate will be responsible for driving consistent operations, ensuring the quality and timeliness of projects, and maintaining client satisfaction. This key executive leadership role demands a strategic vision, servant leadership, and a mission-critical mindset, with a focus on 24/7/365 business operations. The RVP will be accountable for the financial results of the regional mission-critical operations, establishing and aligning operating policies and procedures, and leading the continuous improvement and operational efficiency of the business segment. Essential functions include managing the budget forecasting process, leading the project and service contract review process, and driving a culture of safety. The role also involves managing a multimillion-dollar labor budget, overseeing the recruitment and development of key personnel, and acting as the technical leader for critical electrical and mechanical systems. Candidates for the Regional Vice President position must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 15 years in related environments. A strong background in P&L ownership, project or service management, and client-facing sales or account management is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a multimillion-dollar labor budget, generating cost savings through continuous improvement activities, and be adept at managing change on a large scale. The role demands a leader who can work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, establish and maintain relationships that lead to better business outcomes, and ensure compliance with customer service level agreements. The RVP will also be responsible for supervising and escalating the response to after-hours emergencies and must be adept at using office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
