This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving policies, processes, and product offerings to enhance the efficiency of internal recruiting operations, and the quality and diversity of the referral network. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and owning the search P&L, leading the recruiting function, and serving as the primary point of contact for all client needs. They will also be tasked with establishing recruiting KPIs, supporting the marketing and community function, and partnering with the Head of Engineering to develop the company's tech products. The Head of Search will be expected to embody the company's core values of integrity, sharpness, a yes-attitude, hustle, and sparkle, as well as to have a passion for building new programs and experiences. The ideal candidate for the Head of Search position at the company will have a proven track record in executive search, with experience in placing executive-level candidates and running a successful recruiting process. They should be adept at sourcing candidates through various channels, including AI and traditional methods, and be committed to implementing forward-thinking procedures that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role requires a leader with exceptional people and communication skills, a proactive, self-starting attitude, and a high level of comfort with technology. Experience in a high-growth company or start-up environment is a plus, as is a background in team management and a foundational knowledge of recruiting tools and related applications.
