The successful candidate will be tasked with building and maintaining business and relationships with the largest DC Recordkeeper clients. This role is pivotal in owning the client experience, with a strong focus on growing market share and business retention. The Home Office Account Executive will also be part of a collaborative team that handles the day-to-day needs of these clients and works closely with a wholesaling team covering both platform wholesalers and top DC Advisors/Consultants. Applicants for the Home Office Account Executive position should have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a client-facing role at an asset management firm, with a preference for those holding a CIMA or CFA. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in navigating complex client relationships, thinking commercially, and demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Strong organizational, project planning and execution skills are essential, as is the ability to lead and prioritize multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in the DC and Sub-advised industry, with a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and a network of industry relationships. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to cultivate relationships with both clients and internal partners are also key attributes for success in this role.
