Applicants must have 7-10 years' of specialized experience in a financial or banking environment, with a credit training program being beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with business fluency in English and proficiency in Japanese. The role demands excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. The candidate should be adept at using Microsoft Office, with Microsoft Access skills being preferable, and be capable of training and sharing knowledge with more junior staff.
