Key responsibilities include providing tax expertise in product design, fund qualification issues, and managing key tax processes. The role demands a high level of integrity, continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a broad knowledge of accounting and tax principles, with a CPA or LLM being highly desirable. They should be adept at communicating complex tax issues clearly and concisely and have strong business analysis and project management skills.
