This role is pivotal in the Regulatory Compliance function, with a focus on maintaining a strong and disciplined approach to financial management, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving governance processes related to End User Computing (EUCs) reduction management, crisis management, and business resiliency, as well as overseeing technology investment requests. The position requires a hands-on, delivery-focused professional with a minimum of 6-10 years' experience in the financial services industry, particularly in financial management, budgeting, and headcount management. Key responsibilities for the VP, Global Regulatory and Capital Reporting - Business Execution Lead Analyst include supporting the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, maintaining detailed financial and resource tracking, and preparing various reporting requirements for business decision management. The role also involves partnering with key stakeholders and technology teams to understand and drive technology investment requirements, providing oversight across EUC remediation deliverables, and leading administrative duties and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and presentation abilities. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The candidate should be flexible, team-oriented, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
