The RVP will be at the forefront of all sales activities within the Commercial Global System Integrator and Solution Partner segments, with a focus on pipeline generation, forecasting, and quota attainment. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker who can not only meet but surpass critical performance targets, and is adept at talent hiring, development, and fostering sustained growth within the partner sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales strategy, establishing key relationships, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of corporate growth strategies. Candidates for the RVP position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 12 years' sales experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within a technology company. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in meeting revenue goals, strong analytical and presentation skills, and experience in relationship management. The RVP will be expected to lead the partner sales team in exceeding sales targets, driving new logo acquisition, and expanding within the existing client base. A deep understanding of industry trends, innovation, and competitive markets is essential, as is the ability to provide insights and strategies to enhance the productivity and profitability of partner sales.
