The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle executive recruitment process, actively recruiting for open executive roles, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality hires that align with the company's business objectives. This role requires a proven track record in building and leading an executive recruitment team, with a focus on setting and executing an ambitious executive hiring strategy. The Executive Recruitment Director will also be a key partner to the executive and talent teams, providing strategic talent advice and maintaining relationships with external search partners.
