The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CIO and/or CISO, providing expert guidance and support to clients in the area of OT security services and solutions. This role is pivotal in assessing security risks, designing and implementing robust security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards to protect industrial systems from cyber threats. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting, security assessments, roadmap development, and the architecture of secure OT networks. The VP will also be involved in service transformation, team leadership, and the establishment of effective relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies. Applicants for the VP position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP being preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in cybersecurity, particularly with a focus on OT security standards and tools, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of OT security standards, proficiency in OT-specific security tools, and experience with security technologies relevant to both enterprise and OT environments. Essential traits include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
