The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a national business development strategy, with a focus on securing new business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of the K-12 sales cycle, funding sources for skills-based violence prevention, and experience in scaling within national youth-serving organizations. The AVP will be expected to build and manage a strong pipeline of partners, provide thought leadership on change management, and support the team in all aspects of the business development process. A commitment to the company's mission and values, as well as a strong background in education sales, particularly in digital solutions, is essential.
