The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a QA portfolio to ensure the on-time and quality execution of QA reviews. This role requires the design and leadership of QA assessments to provide independent assurance on the effectiveness and sustainability of remedial actions for high-severity issues and transformation regulatory commitments. The SVP will also support issue and commitment owners in the remediation process, monitor progress, and foster strong partnerships across the organization to drive accountability. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in risk and control, supervision, and quality assurance, with a focus on data and technology processes. The role demands in-depth subject matter expertise in data and technology risks, experience in data remediation activities, and a strong understanding of the risk management framework. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of banking regulations, superior communication skills, and the ability to engage at the executive management level. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The position is global and involves interaction with stakeholders across different regions, so flexibility in work timings is essential.
