The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing a key account portfolio, with a strong emphasis on creating, maintaining, and expanding client relationships to ensure a profitable book of business. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of customer experience, sales processes, and the ability to meet complex business objectives. The VP will be expected to own and drive the development of strategic account plans, manage client relationships, and lead a team to meet or exceed client satisfaction expectations. A background in BPO and the customer experience industry is preferred, along with experience in large contract negotiations and a proven track record of leading and developing direct reports. Candidates for this role should have at least 8 years of experience in customer success or key account management, with a preference for those with a background in the BPO and customer experience industry. The role demands a leader with a solid understanding of sales processes, customer experience trends, and the ability to build relationships at the C-level. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, with an MBA being a plus. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, and a decision-maker, and have a demonstrated ability to help cross-functional teams solve complex business problems.
