The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the investment team, legal and tax counsel, and the middle office operations team to plan and execute fund and deal closings, including legal entity structuring. This role involves reviewing the formation process for new entities, preparing documentation for internal legal entity approval, and coordinating the establishment of tax documentation. The Associate Vice President will also assist in the analysis of new business initiatives, ensuring their profitability, scalability, and practicality, and will have oversight of quarterly fund closes, carry calculations, capital allocations, and fund capital activity. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance, a CPA, and a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in private credit, real assets, or public accounting with supervisory experience. Experience in alternatives, fund accounting, GP/LP structures, or SMAs, and a background in the real estate industry are essential. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
