The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for driving the company's growth, operational excellence, and team engagement. This pivotal role involves leading the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. The President/COO will also be instrumental in change management, team development, and will have a strong focus on financial oversight to enhance profitability and support the organization's long-term goals. Key responsibilities for the President/COO include serving as the company's EOS Evangelist and Integrator, leading the preparation and delivery of company updates, and collaborating with departments to connect and align goals. The role requires a proven track record in senior leadership, expertise in change management, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with an MBA being a plus, and at least 15 years of relevant leadership experience. Financial acumen is essential for managing budgets, forecasting revenues, and evaluating growth opportunities. The President/COO will also be involved in leadership and team development, overseeing the implementation of KPIs, and driving strategic hiring to support the organization's growth and priorities.
