The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the full-funnel performance investment strategy in close collaboration with the CMO and key GTM partners. This role demands a leader with a growth mindset, capable of simultaneously managing investment strategy, execution, and continuous optimization. The VP will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering strong relationships with GTM partners, and ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an expert in owned and paid channel strategies, a data storyteller, and a superb communicator, with the ability to influence and drive the marketing team towards a culture of continuous optimization and performance. Applicants for the Vice President of Revenue and Performance Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in marketing or a related field, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Experience in SaaS and MarTech or adjacent industries is essential, as is a proven track record of leading diverse marketing teams. The role requires a candidate who can balance a data-informed approach with the creative aspects of marketing, and who is adept at integrating marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle.
