Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, is essential to optimize online sales channels and maximize profitability. Applicants for the Vice President of E-Commerce role at the company should have a BA/BS and 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a background in managing a P&L and a deep understanding of all aspects of online commerce. The role requires a leader who is adept at driving cross-functional teams, has excellent communication skills, and is highly analytical, using data to optimize the team's approach. Experience in areas such as organic and paid search, site design, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media is crucial.
