The CHRO will be the top strategic HR advisor, responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing HR program that aligns with the company's mission and culture. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to define HR strategy, designing and leading organizational change initiatives, and managing a team that supports HR services and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. The successful candidate will also be involved in talent management, employee engagement, and will serve as the primary contact for all HR matters. Candidates for the CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 8 years' of relevant experience. The role requires a proven track record in all HR areas, including employee relations, employment and labor law, compensation, staffing, training, and organizational development. Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a passion for the company's values. The CHRO will be expected to have a strong work ethic, be adept at problem-solving, and have the ability to influence and make strategic decisions. Experience in a similar role within an intercollegiate athletics or related environment is a plus.
