Applicants for the Head of R&D Projects position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in delivering high-tech projects, with a proven track record of leading a large portfolio of projects across various disciplines. The role requires a results-oriented leader with a strong ability to solve complex problems and a deep understanding of technical products related to fusion, including power plant systems and superconducting magnet technology. Experience in an R&D setting with a focus on large hardware and testing, as well as the ability to work in a matrix organizational structure, is essential.
